1.1 Zelda & Rocky Coffee Roasters operates an online store powered by Shopify, offering coffee products roasted to order.
1.2 These Terms of Service are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other applicable laws.

2. Products and Services

2.1 We offer freshly roasted coffee blends, including the Kelpie Blend (Australian beans) and Bulldog Blend (Philippine beans).  
2.2 All products are roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness.  
2.3 Subscription services are available for select products, offering a 10% discount on recurring orders.  

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.  
3.2 Payment methods accepted include American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.  
3.3 Prices are subject to change based on green bean costs and market conditions. The maximum price point for any product is $50.  

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We offer free delivery within the 2281 postcode area.  
4.2 Orders are roasted and dispatched weekly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.  
4.3 Zelda & Rocky Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Consumer Guarantees

5.1 Our products are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.  
5.2 If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.  
5.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.  
5.4 To request a refund or return, please contact us at sales@zeldaandrocky.coffee. 
5.5 Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription services are available for the Kelpie Blend, offering a 10% discount on recurring orders.  
6.2 Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
